The most important thing that I personally admire in a leader is good communication skill and the way they are able to emphasize their decision-making methods. I have always seen my parents who have acted as leaders for me and made a person who respects the decision and ideas of other people as well. A leader, in my opinion, is not the one who is dominating his or her decision over other people but a leader is impactful when he or she is able to incorporate the ideas and suggestions of everyone involved within the organizational setting
